STARTER

Canastra cheese souflé with dried apricots and walnuts

PRIMEIRO PRATO

Beetroot, cashew nut curd, fresh orange, Parma ham crispy and cherry vinaigrette

MAIN COURSE

Turkey ballottine in Port wine sauce, dried fruits and manioc crumble and chestnut puré

or

Cod fish in coconut milk, sewer potato and aioli

DESSERT

Orange Crème Brùlée
